Abstract
This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of: (1) school principal leadership on satisfaction; (2) salary on teacher job satisfaction; (3) service quality on teacher job satisfaction; (4) school principal leadership on teacher commitment; (5) teacher salary on teacher commitment; (6) teacher service quality on teacher commitment; (7) satisfaction on teacher commitment. This research employs a quantitative ex-post facto approach. The population in the study comprises all private junior high school teachers in the Kudus district. Sample determination utilizes purposive sampling technique with a sample size of 130 teachers. Data analysis is conducted using the smartPLS software. Results and conclusion (1) There is a significant positive influence of school principal leadership on the satisfaction of private junior high school teachers in the Kudus district;(2) There is no significant influence of teacher salary on the satisfaction of private junior high school teachers in the Kudus district;(3) There is a significant positive influence of service quality on the satisfaction of private junior high school teachers in the Kudus district;(4) There is a significant positive influence of school principal leadership on the work commitment of private junior high school teachers in the Kudus district;(5) There is no significant influence of teacher salary on the work commitment of private junior high school teachers in the Kudus district;(6) There is a significant positive influence of service quality on the work commitment of private junior high school teachers in the Kudus district;(7) There is a significant positive influence of job satisfaction on the work commitment of private junior high school teachers in the Kudus district
