Abstract
This study addresses the escalating concern of fraud in the rapidly expanding landscape of mobile banking in India. With the primary objective of analysing customer attitudes and examining awareness towards fraud in mobile banking, the research delves into the intricate nuances of consumer perceptions, trust, and concerns regarding potential fraudulent activities. The study's sample size of 250 customers, strategically chosen from Ahmedabad city, ensures statistical significance, enabling the generalization of findings to a broader population of mobile banking users. The significance of this research lies in its contribution to addressing the growing challenges associated with fraud in mobile banking in India. As the country witnesses a surge in mobile banking adoption, understanding consumer attitudes and awareness becomes crucial. The findings are anticipated to provide valuable insights for financial institutions, policymakers, and regulators, aiding in the development of robust strategies to mitigate fraud risks and enhance consumer protection.
