“Analysis of Engineering Aptitude and Teaching Aptitude of Budding Engineers and Teachers of Durg-Bhilai Region”

Abstract

One of the noble professions that is responsible for shaping the society, is teaching profession. Efficient teacher are one of the most required necessities in every country. This study tries to examine the Teaching Aptitude of the teacher trainee students of Durg - Bhilai region of Chhattisgarh. Another pillar of infrastructure formation in any country are its Engineer. Every organization tries to employ those engineers who are having high level of engineering aptitude. It is an well-known fact that an engineer having a high engineering aptitude is most likely to succeed in the engineering jobs. This study tries to evaluate the level of Engineering Aptitude among the graduating engineers of Durg-Bhilai region of Chhattisgarh.
