On the other hand, self-esteem is explored as a fundamental aspect of psychological health, influencing thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and overall life satisfaction. The paper delves into the development of self-esteem from childhood through adulthood, considering factors such as upbringing, experiences, relationships, and societal influences.
