Abstract

The objectives of this research are: 1) To determine and analyze the influence of work motivation on employee performance at PT. Sapta Gauri Insani in Depok. 2) To determine and analyze the influence of compensation on employee performance at PT. Sapta Gauri Insani in Depok. 3) To determine and analyze the influence of Work Motivation on Job Satisfaction at PT. Sapta Gauri Insani in Depok. 4) To find out and analyze the effect of compensation on job satisfaction at PT. Sapta Gauri Insani in Depok. 5) To determine and analyze the influence of Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance at PT. Sapta Gauri Insani in Depok. 6) To find out and analyze Job Satisfaction, it can mediate the influence of Work Motivation on Employee Performance at PT. Sapta Gauri Insani in Depok. 7) To find out and analyze Job Satisfaction, it can mediate the influence of Compensation on Employee Performance at PT. Sapta Gauri Insani in Depok. The type of research carried out in this research is descriptive research using survey methods. By using a saturated sampling technique, a sample of 120 employees at PT was taken. Sapta Gauri Insani in Depok. The analysis method in this research was carried out using the Structural Equation Model (SEM). The model used is multiple regression analysis. The results of this research show that: 1) There is an influence of work motivation on employee performance. 2) There is an influence of compensation on employee performance. 3) There is no influence of Work Motivation on Job Satisfaction. 4) There is no influence of compensation on job satisfaction. 5) There is an influence of Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance. 6) Job Satisfaction cannot mediate the influence of Work Motivation on Employee Performance. 7) Job satisfaction cannot mediate the influence of compensation on employee performance.
