Abstract

In contemporary China, "Internet Plus" integration is a crucial developmental trend. It has transformed legal education by reshaping teaching methods and approaches. Chinese universities must adapt swiftly to make legal education modern, practical, technologically integrated, and innovative. This paper conducts a comprehensive exploration by systematically reviewing existing literature on "Internet Plus" in China's legal education, focusing on its advantages and drawbacks. The study follows the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews (PRISMA) guidelines. It identifies five core themes: (1) The context of "Internet Plus," (2) Its presence in education, (3) Its role in legal education, (4) The benefits of incorporating it, and (5) Potential drawbacks. Despite risks, the fusion of the Internet with legal education is a global trend, influenced by the unique challenges posed by a three-year epidemic and the Chinese government's support for technological advancements. To strengthen China's legal education, leveraging the benefits of "Internet Plus" is essential while addressing associated risks.
