Abstract

This study explores the determinants of training and development programs in the context of job satisfaction. The research objectives are to identify the determinants of training and development programs and to explore their relationship with training and development outcomes. The study hypothesizes that training infrastructure, efficiencies of training, and training design & methods significantly influence training and development. Data was collected from employees of IT industries using a structured questionnaire. The findings reveal that training infrastructure, efficiencies of training, and training design & methods have a significant impact on training and development programs. These results provide valuable insights for organizations looking to enhance their training and development strategies to improve employee job satisfaction.
