Abstract
Achieving competitive advantage demands using data-driven decision-making in the constantly shifting corporate environment. In this process, business intelligence (BI) is essential because it converts unprocessed data into meaningful insights. The power of business intelligence and its effects on client base expansion and retention are examined in this study report. It looks at the main elements of business intelligence (BI), the methods used to analyze customer data, and the real-world applications of BI-driven tactics for raising customer pleasure, loyalty, and engagement.
