This research paper explores strategies to optimize last-mile delivery in urban logistics, addressing challenges such as traffic congestion, cost management, and environmental sustainability. By analyzing current trends and technologies, including route optimization algorithms, crowd-sourced delivery models, and electric vehicles, the study provides actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
