It is within this context that Unfeigned Leadership, marked by its authenticity, transparency, and sincerity, has garnered attention as a potential catalyst for fostering workplace engagement. The research study at hand seeks to explore this intricate association among leadership style and workplace engagement, with a particular focus on the impact of Unfeigned Leadership.
