Through a comprehensive review of literature, case studies, and empirical analysis, this study identifies key opportunities, challenges, and recommendations for sustainable AI implementation in Indian organizations. The findings reveal that while AI offers substantial benefits in recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement, organizations must navigate complex ethical dilemmas and cultural sensitivities unique to the Indian context.
